Evelyn Stevens in the lead followed by Claudia Hausler of Germany. Stevens broke away early and was later joined by Hausler after Stevens dropped her original breakaway partner. Hausler took the sprint between these two to win the stage but Stevens was the overall winner of the inaugural Exergy Tour.
